All-inclusive wedding packages: what’s included

How to read all-inclusive resort wedding packages — ceremony, reception and guest rules — using only inclusions and prices published on resort sites (92 all-inclusive resorts in the catalogue).

What “all-inclusive” usually covers for guests

For staying guests, all-inclusive typically means rooms, meals and drinks on the resort’s plan. The wedding package is a separate line item: ceremony setup, official or symbolic rites, reception time and extras (cake, music, photography) as each resort defines them.

How to read a package card on our profiles

Each package row shows the name, published price (or free-with-rooms), guests included when stated, and a source link with the date we checked. Inclusions appear only when the resort listed them — empty inclusions mean “ask the resort”, not “nothing is included”.

Catalogue snapshot

92 resorts are tagged all-inclusive from verified resort_type. 50 of those publish a free wedding package rule. 6 resorts have at least one package with a non-empty inclusions list in our data.

Example of published inclusions

Excellence Carmen Punta Cana (checked Oct 26, 2026) lists package “Everlasting Memories (Mon–Wed)” with inclusions such as “symbolic ceremony”, “beach or gazebo venue”, “1-hour cocktail party with open bar”, “4-hour private dinner reception”, “DJ (4 hours)” and more (source dated Oct 26, 2026). Other brands differ; always open the profile.

Day passes and outside guests

Non-staying wedding guests often need a day or evening pass at all-inclusives. Where a resort publishes a day-pass fee, it appears on the profile and on destination cost tables. If it shows “Not published”, ask before you invite off-site guests.

All-inclusive wedding packages: what’s included: FAQ

Do all-inclusive packages include guest rooms?

Usually not. Packages cover ceremony/reception elements; guest rooms are booked separately, often inside a room block that may unlock a free package.

Where is the ranked all-inclusive list?

See /best/all-inclusive-wedding-resorts/ and /best/all-inclusive-wedding-packages/ for catalogues sorted by public data, not by paid placement.
